HOW DO PERSONALISED PRINTS WORK?
Personalising your poster allows you to create a unique gift made specially for your child.
Choose the design you are interested in, then add it to your shopping cart, write his/her name in the text box available to that effect and complete your purchase.
Your poster is then printed to order and sent home to you. Note that if you also order other items, you may receive two deliveries as they are shipped from different warehouses. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the right of return or exchange on personalised posters as they are printed to order.
WHAT KIND OF PAPER QUALITY DO YOU USE?-
We print our posters on FSC Certified 200g/m2 uncoated premium paper. The paper is age resistant and we have chosen a GLOSS surface to create a premium feel .
ARE THE PICTURES SENT IN A FRAME
The print are sold unframed and unfortunately we do not provide this service at this point in time
CAN I CHANGE SOME OF THE WORDS/ADJECTIVES OF THE PRINT?
Unique gift for unique children...
You like a print but some of the words are not right for your child...not a problem.
Add the poster you like in the cart and "YOU DECIDE" option (last listing in the shop) and let us know which words you would like to be changed in the text box.
We will send you an email and a preview of the poster to make sure you are 100% satisfied before we send to print!
Please note that this added fee is per poster so add as many as required and only the words can be change not the core layout of the art work. Thank you!
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER; WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
All our prints are personalised. We love what we do and inject a bit of care and love in each and every one of them…but we aim to release every order within a week.
The orders are posted Royal Mail. So please allow 2 weeks for your prints to arrive, and possibly a bit more in December.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER WRONG INFORMATION?
If you have provided incorrect information such as delivery address, email address or telephone number etc. Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible so they can manage to change your information prior sending your order. Unfortunately, if the incorrect information affects the delivery of your package and your order is already sent out before you contact our Customer Service, as a customer you're responsible for the extra costs that may occur.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER SUBMITTING PAYMENT?-
Unfortunately, we can't make changes to an existing order, but if you contact us as soon as possible, we may be able to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. Then, after the order has been cancelled, you can go back in and place a new order with the correct items. This way, you can avoid being billed for two order
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' way quickly. If you placed your order during the weekend or after business hours, please send us an email.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If you haven't received your order, please first check if you have provided us with the correct information. If you have provided correct information contact our Customer Service by email at email@example.com and we will help you.
If you have provided incorrect information such as address, email address or telephone number etc. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible so they can try to change your information before the order leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately if the incorrect information affects the delivery of your package and your order is already sent out before you contact our Customer Service, as a customer you're responsible for the extra costs that may occur.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?-
In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a £15 fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
A4 print shipping cost are £3.5 and £2 per additional items
A3 A2 A1 A0 print shipping cost are £5 and £2 per additional items
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?-
In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Please email the following information at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Email address that you used when placing the order
- Order number
- Customer name
- Photo of damaged or incorrect item.
- Photo of your package, if that is possible

I am not satisfied with my item, can it be returned?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer the right of return or exchange on personalised posters as they are printed to order; BUT PLEASE get in touch with us at email@example.com or on 0800 009 6710 and we will do our foremost to find a solution.
